Welcome to my new site

I've redone my website. I recently found myself with some more time on my hands so I will be adding more things here over the coming days and weeks.

What have I been up to?

Since graduating I have worked at a few places!
- I have mainly been a solutions engineer but also a software engineer as of recent
I poked around with a few side projects
- None of them noteworth enough to share details about but generally I enjoy cloning and tinkering with random repos I find on github
I lived in Seattle for two years
- It was great and I am going to write up my entire experience at some point. Who knows maybe I'll even link to it here
Ronnie and I moved to Princeton
- She has since begun her PhD program at Princeton University in Sociology and Social Policy (in affiliation with the Office of Population Research)

I have a few ideas for things I want to add to this site.

I'd like to redo my finstagram project
- there are some notable performance issues with the current one and it's not particularly kind to those on mobile data
I'd like to add login
- I have no idea why but I spent so much time at auth0 and I feel like I just should
- Perhaps I'll add some sort of a0 demo element just for the hell of it
I'd like other web apps I make to be hosted here on a separate subdomain
- for those interested, the most bleeding edge version of this site is already hosted at a subdomain: dev.emery.guru
